Avoid personal attacks. Jumping on the ideas expressed by others can make for a lively letter; attacking the individuals themselves is detrimental to your/our goals, it is also un-Southron. Lets not put ourselves on the level of "those people."
Be ready to back-up what you write or say "documentation and/or source."... If you can't do this, don't contact anyone.
Rallies and protest:

1= MOST IMPORTANT.... When confronted with the media, they may attempt to "bait" participants in order to get a good anti-race tag line "we all know how the media works."
If you do talk to reporters, have your facts in order and maintain a respectful tone. Thank them for their time . If you can't do this, say nothing. Have a spokesperson delegated to speak to the media
3= Keep off all private property, unless you have written permission. A permit would be good to have if on public property. Truth, they can't legally, stop, harass or hinder your civil actions. But please use tact, tell them your attorney will be in touch if you are forcefully removed.
Ending the assaults on our Southern lifestyle, beliefs, heritage or anything Southron is a large feat but it's not unrealistic. It takes each and every single one of us 'THAT CARES' to do our part to be able to attain victory for Dixie.
It matters not, if your rich, poor, handicapped or just plan lazy. There are many things you can do to get involved in saving what's left of our Southern heritage and the defence of our Confederate heroes. We realize that with people’s busy schedules, time is of the essence. You have the power to help! Therefore, we’re providing you with a list of ideas and resources that you can utilize to quickly and efficiently get involved in telling TRUTH and defending that which is right.

Letters/E-mail:
Make it relevant. Newspapers usually only publish letters that respond to recent articles, op-eds, or editorials. Some papers do and others do not print responses to other published letters. Make it timely. The sooner the better: the first letters received on a topic are read first and are more likely to be selected. Cite the article or opinion piece to which you are responding, including the date.
Address the editors. Write as if you're talking to the editor of the newspaper - not to readers, not to elected officials, not to the world at large.
Stay on point. One topic per letter is best. And do not feel that you have to cover all aspects of that in a few short sentences. Rather, concentrate on a few powerful points that show the need for reform. Bring in personal experiences when appropriate and if you are comfortable doing so.
Keep it short. There is a rough limit of 250 words for letters. Letters that can make their point in 100 words or less have a better- than-average chance of getting printed. Longer letters are less likely to be published and, if selected, will almost definitely be edited. Don't let the letters editor remove or dilute your most important points.
4= No alcohol or bad language period. No inappropriate flags "modified flags, Hank Williams, etc." Only C.S. original type flags/Betsy Ross and Southern states "should" be allowed.
5= Absolutely no vocal or gestured response to any hecklers. You should act the Southern Ladies and gentlemen you were raised to be at all times during you rallie/protest.
7= You will need to keep undesirables away. If you see any kkk, white power, skin heads or any other hate group/s, inform the police... All participants with cell phones, should have the local police phone number.
Knowledge:
Is your/our greatest weapon... period !!! We oft times react with emotions instead of knowledge/facts and it's easy to put foot in mouth.... Southron Must Read Books!
